Utah Give Kids a Smile is a registered non-profit in the state of Utah. All participants are non-paid volunteers, which means that anything you donate goes 100% into helping the kids receive free dental treatment. Here you will see our fundraising goals which, when reached, will secure this program financially and ensure its continual operation. Please donate whatever you can. Every little bit helps Utah low income children receive the dental care they need.
If you are a dentist that is unable to participate in this year’s event and would still like to participate, please fill out a voucher form below. These vouchers are used for post event follow-up treatment. Simply fill out your information, the work you are willing to donate, the age range of the children and how many vouchers you are willing to donate and they will be selectively distributed to the children at the event.The vouchers will be carefully distributed to qualified, underserved children. Each voucher indicates that you are willing to see that child and provide at no charge, the services you previously indicated on the voucher. Do as much work as is reasonable and teach the children and especially their parents how to care for their teeth. It can be expected that some children will have more serious problems than others and we only ask you to do what you can within your resources and in the spirit of giving.
